We’re writing to let you know that we’re scheduling some downtime for the entire Modeshift STARS system at the end of this month and the beginning of January which will enable us to significantly upgrade our systems.
These upgrades will see the STARS Education, STARS Business and STARS Community accreditation schemes all combined in one single platform, which will provide a seamless user experience between all of our Travel Plans and accreditation schemes.
The scheduled downtime for the Modeshift STARS system is as follows:
- Monday 21st December – all Modeshift STARS systems will be switched off for major upgrades
- Monday 18th January – all Modeshift STARS systems will be re-launched
During this time, registered users will not be able to login to any of the Modeshift STARS systems.
STARS Education users – note that these upgrades will not impact the way you access and use the STARS Education system which will remain unchanged. You’ll just find a few handy new features when you login STARS in January
STARS Business users – when the new system goes live, you will receive an email with your new login and password for accessing the new system. Thing will look a little different so look out for the ‘Guidance’ tab which will include guides on how to use the new system.
